Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Seasonal Retail Engagement Specialist to travel throughout the assigned territory, engaging merchants and educating them on the client’s financial services and program benefits. You will build relationships, support onboarding, and maintain point-of-sale materials while managing a daily route of 22–30 locations.

This role requires a high school diploma and at least 6 months of sales or retail experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Travel to approximately 22–30 retail locations per day across the territory.
• Educate merchants on client products, services, and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns during visits.
• Document visits, track activity, and maintain in-store materials and signage.
