Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of insurance restoration and construction industry.
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to work independently or lead a team.
• Strong problem solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production activities and manage restoration tasks on site.
• Supervise technicians and maintain quality control.
• Communicate with customers and manage expectations.
• Prepare documentation and estimates using Xactimate.
• Train new technicians and team members.
