Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a Project Manager to lead field production activities for restoration projects. You will monitor drying, demolition, and other restoration tasks, review documentation, explain processes to customers, and supervise technicians.

You may assist the Estimator and create estimates following Xactimate guidelines. The role requires strong construction knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of insurance restoration and construction industry.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to work independently or lead a team.
• Exhibit professionalism, maturity, and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves work orders, checks route for travel, ensures equipment and supplies are loaded for the job; arrives at site.
• Completes assigned jobs per company processes and maintains quality within budget.
• May monitor active residential/commercial jobs and communicate with customers.
• Keeps records of personnel and resources, and tracks billable events.
• May create estimates in applicable software.
• Inspects onsite and works with PM/Crew Chief/Lead Tech on scope.
• Documents losses with photos and uploads to the system.
• May write mitigation/reconstruction estimates using Xactimate.
• Communicates key information using required software notes.
