Job summary

ServiceMaster of the Lakes Area is seeking a Project Manager for residential and commercial cleaning, fire and water restoration. You will supervise Restoration Technicians, coordinate project tasks, and ensure timely completion of assigned restoration projects.

This role requires restoration or carpet cleaning experience and strong communication skills. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel are required; company vehicle privileges apply after 90 days in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Restoration or carpet and upholstery cleaning experience.
• Crew Chief experience; preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Valid Drivers License with good driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel out of town
• Water Restoration Tech Certification (WRT); preferred
• MICA, DryTrack, or similar software experience; preferred

Responsibilities

• Initial scope of loss, drying equipment monitoring, assisting with demo
• Ensures the timely quality completion of assigned restoration cleaning, moving, packing, or general labor projects.
• Directs, aids and supervises the project technicians
• Communicates directly with internal administration, customers, and insurance personnel
• Ensures and evaluates competence and quality of the technicians
• Ensures a continuous increase in the knowledge and skill level (training) of the technicians
• Ensures the security, integrity, and cleanliness of all Company equipment and supplies used on or taken to assigned projects
• Ensures the productivity of the technicians
• Ensures all required restoration project documentation, including forms and photo-documentation, is completed in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensures excellent customer communication and relations.
• Perform other duties as required. These duties may include job functions that are outside the scope of normal job duties.
