Job summary

ServiceMaster of the Lakes Area is seeking a dedicated Project Manager for its restoration team. You will oversee residential and commercial cleaning, fire and water cleanup, and related mitigation services.

You will direct restoration technicians, coordinate with clients and insurers, and manage project scope and outcomes. The role requires experience in restoration, strong communication, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Restoration experience required or preferred.
• Carpet and upholstery cleaning experience preferred.
• Crew Chief experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record required.
• Ability to travel out of town.
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
• WRT certification preferred; software tools like MICA or DryTrack preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define initial scope of loss and monitor drying equipment.
• Ensure timely completion of restoration cleaning, packing, or labor projects.
• Direct, aid, and supervise project technicians.
• Communicate with administration, customers, and insurance personnel.
• Evaluate technician competence and ensure quality.
• Support ongoing training and skill development of technicians.
• Maintain security and cleanliness of company equipment and supplies.
• Ensure productivity and proper project documentation.
