Job summary

ServiceMaster by Rice is seeking a Project Manager to lead emergency restoration and recovery work on residential and commercial sites in Clive, IA. You will supervise production technicians, support revenue growth, and uphold safety and quality across projects.

The role requires hands-on leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with customers and insurance representatives. Occasional after-hours on-call and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in water and fire restoration, mold remediation, and cleaning techniques.
• People and project management experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead restoration projects and supervise production crews.
• Prepare estimates and manage invoices for restoration services.
• Coordinate with customers and insurance representatives throughout projects.
• Ensure safety, equipment maintenance, and proper on-site supervision.
• Communicate project status to management and stakeholders.
• Respond to emergencies, including after-hours on-call shifts.
