ServiceMaster Restore 5590 - Plainville is seeking a Project Manager to lead field restoration activities for commercial and residential jobs, ensuring drying, demolition, and other restoration tasks are completed per policy. You will supervise technicians, review documentation, and explain processes to customers in person.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance restoration or construction industry.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations.
• Experience managing teams of 2 or more.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve work orders and verify travel routes and equipment.
• Complete jobs per company processes within budget and quality standards.
• Maintain records of personnel and resources, communicate billable events.
• Assist with or create estimates using applicable software (Xactimate).
• Inspect onsite scope with PM/Lead Tech and coordinate with customers.
