PromptCare, Inc. is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to set up home-care respiratory products, including therapeutics, diagnostics, high tech ventilation, oxygen, and other related equipment.

This field-based leadership role requires a caregiver mindset, patient advocacy, and 24-hour coordination with the department Manager. Job responsibilities include patient education, arranging set ups and follow-ups per policy, coordinating discharges with RT Clinical Liaisons, and maintaining accurate

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory School is required.
• RRT certification required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Willingness to cross-license in other states at company expense.
• Experience in home care setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set up patient home-care respiratory products (therapeutics, diagnostics, high-tech ventilation, oxygen).
• Provide patient education and advocacy and coordinate with department manager.
• Plan routes and schedule to optimize daily visits and minimize travel time.
• Coordinate patient discharges with RT Clinical Liaisons and update documentation promptly.
• Maintain SOP compliance and deliver “white glove” service to patients and families.
• Submit travel expense reports monthly; on-call responsibilities as needed.
