Job summary

PromptCare Companies Inc. seeks a Respiratory Therapist to set up home-care respiratory products, including high-tech ventilation and oxygen, with leadership duties and 24/7 coordination with the department manager.

The role requires a Respiratory Therapy degree, RRT, state licensure, and CPR-BLS. Field-based, on-call work with travel, documentation, and strong patient advocacy are essential components of this position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory School.
• RRT certification required.
• Current state licensure as Respiratory Care Practitioner.
• Willing to cross-licensed in other states at company expense.
• CPR-BLS certification required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Set up respiratory products for patients in home settings and coordinate with managers.
• Provide timely information to patients and families; ensure satisfaction.
• Develop relationships with patients, families, and referral sources.
• Plan daily routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time.
• Schedule set ups and follow-ups per company policies.
• Coordinate patient discharges with RT Clinical Liaisons.
• Triage field issues per SOPs and training policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with laws and SOPs.
