Job summary

RPM SPG is seeking a WTI Field Resources Supervisor to lead field staff and ensure timely delivery of roofing services across the region. The role emphasizes profitability, staff management, training, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience, roofing knowledge, and strong budgeting and scheduling skills to manage field reps and ensure quality workmanship while coordinating with HR and the RBM.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience managing people and tasks.
• Roofing experience including patch and repair work.
• Knowledge of project management, planning and scheduling.
• Experience with monitoring and maintaining quality control.
• Functional computer skills.
• Safety training and OSHA knowledge.
• Understanding of budgeting and expense management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing and scheduling of Field Reps within the region to maximize profitability.
• Oversee QC processes and ensure complete documentation and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor employee expenses, overtime, and timekeeping to meet profitability targets.
• Communicate with customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal teams on all work-related matters.
• Hire new personnel in coordination with HR and Recruiting; conduct new employee orientations.
• Review time reports daily and coordinate with admin for corrections.
• Travel as required, including overnight stays; maintain professional appearance and conduct.
