Job summary

Tremco is seeking a Field Resources Supervisor to oversee regional staffing, profitability, and training for Field Reps. You will manage scheduling, QA, and customer communication to ensure high service quality and efficiency.

The role requires roofing experience, strong project management, budgeting know-how, and OSHA safety knowledge. Travel and weekend work may be required as part of field duties.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience leading field crews and coordinating staffing.
• Roofing patch and repair experience.
• Strong project management, planning, and scheduling skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting and expense management.
• Solid computer skills and safety training understanding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing and scheduling of Field Reps to maximize profitability.
• Oversee QA processes and ensure work meets quality standards.
• Monitor expenses, overtime, and billable time to maintain targets.
• Conduct training for Field Reps, including safety and paperwork.
• Maintain communication with customers, reps, and sales teams.
• Handle administrative duties, time reports, and project documentation.
