Zusammenfassung

RPM SPG is seeking a Field Resources Supervisor to ensure timely service delivery, profitability, and effective employee management within the assigned region. You will coordinate staffing, monitor overtime and billable time, and lead field teams to meet project goals.

Responsibilities include supervising Field Reps, enforcing safety training, overseeing QA with the QCS, hiring in collaboration with HR, and maintaining clear communication with customers, Sales Reps, and internal staff.

Qualifikationen

• Prior supervisory experience managing people and tasks.
• Experience in roofing, including patch and repair work.
• Knowledge of project management, planning and scheduling.
• Experience monitoring and maintaining quality control.
• Functional computer skills, safety training and OSHA knowledge.
• Understanding of budgeting and expense management.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate staffing and scheduling of Field Reps in the region to maximize profitability.
• Oversee QC processes with the QCS and document work to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage region profitability by monitoring expenses, overtime, and billable time.
• Lead communication with customers, Sales Reps, field staff, and internal personnel.
• Collaborate with HR to hire new personnel and conduct new-employee orientation.
• Train Field Reps (hands-on and classroom) per policy, including safety and paperwork.
