Tremco is seeking a Field Resources Supervisor in the Phoenix area to ensure timely service delivery, profitability, and strong team leadership across the region.

The role requires coordinating staffing, guiding Field Reps, and enforcing safety standards while maintaining open communication with customers and internal teams. Travel to jobsites will be necessary as part of regional duties.

Formación

• Supervisory experience in field teams.
• Experience with roofing projects and repairs.
• Strong project management and scheduling skills.
• Budgeting and expense oversight experience.
• OSHA safety knowledge and training ability.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools.
• Clear communication with teams and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate staffing and scheduling for Field Reps in the region.
• Oversee QC processes and site visits to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor profitability by managing overtime and billable time.
• Resolve issues between Field Reps and Sales Reps.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and staff.
• Lead training for Field Reps per policy, including safety and paperwork.
