Tremco Construction Products Group seeks a WTI Field Resource Foreman to oversee safety, crew management, and project execution in the field service unit. The Foreman ensures timely service, quality workmanship, and proper use of tools and materials for roofing projects within the region.

Minimum five years in roofing, knowledge of built-up, EPDM, PVC systems, and OSHA 30-hour certification are required; RRO preferred. Travel and possible weekend work may be needed.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years in the roofing industry.
• Familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC and other roofing systems.
• OSHA 30-hour certification; Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Conduct daily onsite safety brief with the Sales Rep, customer, and crew.
• Inspect surroundings, equipment, and identify safety concerns; complete Daily Hazard Analysis.
• Manage crew start/end times, daily productivity, and ensure tools/materials are available.
• Complete end-of-day/end-of-project walkthrough to verify workmanship quality and address punch items.
