Job summary

Tremco is seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman to oversee field operations on our WTI projects in York. You will lead safety briefings, coordinate crews, manage materials, and ensure work aligns with project scope.

Daily progress will be documented with photos; you will monitor inventory, perform pricing reviews for larger jobs, and maintain professional customer interactions. A minimum of five years in commercial roofing and knowledge of built-up, EPDM and PVC systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in the commercial roofing industry.
• Familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC and other low-slope roofing systems and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily onsite safety briefings with Sales Rep, customer and crew.
• Coordinate communication with Sales Rep, crew and customer from start to end of day.
• Manage crew start/end times, materials and tools to complete work safely and efficiently.
• Perform end-of-day and end-of-project walks, document work and photo records.
• Ensure field reps present professionally and interact well with customers.
• Oversee inventory, ordering and quarterly cycle counts.
• Review pricing on field service projects over $5,000 for accuracy.
• Submit projects over $20,000 to supervisor before client submission.
• Monitor performance of Field Resource Reps and address issues with HR as needed.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor or regional manager.
