Astound is hiring for a dynamic full-time field sales role focused on residential customers in the Chicago area. You will drive new customer acquisition through face-to-face interactions, explain service options, and close sign-ups in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000 with uncapped commissions, plus benefits. Total earnings can exceed $90,000 with strong performance, and compensation includes diverse incentives and a path to growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in face-to-face sales and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and in a fast-paced field environment.
• Must be self-motivated, organized and able to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through in-person visits and referrals.
