Job summary

Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando is seeking a Supervisor to lead the Consumer Insights Field team, ensuring day-to-day operations and adherence to approved methodologies across core and ad-hoc projects. You will mentor team members, supervise field operations (Point of Origin, City Walk Profile, Panel), coordinate meetings, and oversee interviewer productivity.

You may rotate across properties to support research needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience leading teams.
• Would prefer supervisory experience in Field Research.
• Bachelor/degree preferred in related fields such as Hospitality or Marketing

Responsibilities

• Field Operations: oversee field projects across multiple properties and field teams.
• Project Management: coordinate schedules, meetings, and productivity tracking.
• Team Member Performance and Development: mentor and conduct 1-on-1 conversations; support growth.
• Technology and Equipment: monitor field tech and assist in testing new tools.
• Environmental, Health & Safety: participate in safety responsibilities per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
