NBC Universal in Orlando is seeking a Supervisor, Field Research to lead day-to-day operations for the Consumer Insights Field team. You will ensure core and ad-hoc projects follow approved methods, data quality is high, and timelines are met.

The role develops team members, oversees field operations, manages payroll and schedules, conducts TM 1-on-1s, and supports safety and equipment issues. Some college or a BA is preferred, with 2+ years supervisory experience in field research.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience leading teams.
• Experience in Field Research preferred.
• Some college or BA in related fields preferred.
• Mobility across multiple properties and flexible hours.

Responsabilités

• Field Operations: oversee field projects; spend ~35% in the field coaching staff.
• Project Management: manage payroll, schedules, and team meetings.
• Team Development: hire and mentor team members; conduct 1-on-1s.
• Technology & Safety: troubleshoot equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Support Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
