Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. in Georgia seeks a Rental Territory Sales Representative to grow our rentals and compact construction equipment sales.

This outside role focuses on building lasting relationships with customers in the rental market while coordinating with Rental Coordinators and other divisions to ensure solid, profitable service. Ideal candidates bring prior sales experience, strong leadership, initiative, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing is preferred.
• Computer skills include Internet Explorer, Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.
• Must communicate clearly in English and have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Establish new rental and sales accounts in niche/fragmented markets through phone and in-person visits.
• Identify and generate leads for new business using sales tools.
• Call on lost or dormant accounts to generate business.
• Contact customers regarding outstanding and unpaid invoices to arrange payment.
• Maintain and build positive customer relationships.
• Participate in required safety program and work in a safe manner.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Visit all customers regularly.
