Yancey Bros. Co. in Macon, GA is seeking a Rental Territory Sales Representative to grow rental and compact equipment sales across an assigned Georgia territory.

You will build lasting relationships with customers, identify opportunities, and coordinate with Rental Coordinators and other divisions. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and delivering reliable service; a high school diploma and 1–3 years in sales or marketing are desired, with a focus on communication and driving the business

Qualifications

• Computer skills to include Internet Explorer, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
• Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development and time management preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish new rental and sales accounts in niche markets via phone and in-person visits.
• Identify and generate leads using sales tools.
• Call on lost or dormant accounts to generate business.
• Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices to arrange payment.
• Maintain and build positive customer relationships.
• Handle administrative duties such as sales plans and reports.
• Visit all customers regularly.
