Job summary

Empire Southwest is seeking a proactive Field Rental Sales professional to rent equipment and generate sales leads within an assigned geographic territory. You will travel to job sites, identify opportunities, and capture customer information for follow-up, aiming to achieve profitable rental contracts.

The role requires knowledge of the CAT product line, strong sales calculations, and excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with contractors and account managers.

Qualifications

• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Rental Sales.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• canvases assigned geographic territory to obtain rental revenue and sales leads.
• Visits job sites to identify new opportunities and collect customer contact information.
• Generates call reports for each customer interaction and updates Upshot.
• Rents equipment on a profitable basis as measured by gross profit.
• Develops and maintains current call lists and rental agreements for follow-up.
