Job summary

Empire Southwest is seeking a Rental Sales professional to lead in-field rental and sales efforts within an assigned territory. You will rent equipment profitably, generate leads, and build relations with contractors on job sites while tracking activity in Upshot and coordinating with account managers.

This role requires 2+ years in rental sales, knowledge of CAT products, and strong communication skills to identify opportunities and drive revenue across the territory.

Qualifications

• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Rental Sales.
• English proficiency: speak, read, write.

Responsibilities

• canvases assigned geographic territory to obtain rental revenue and sales leads.
• Visits job sites to identify new opportunities and collect contact information for follow up.
• Generates call reports for each customer interaction and logs into Upshot.
• Communicates qualified information to account managers and Rental Manager.
• Maintains current call and rental agreement lists for on-site follow up.
• Plans customer contacts to optimize efficiency and meet rental/fleet utilization goals.
• Rents equipment on a profitable basis measured by gross profit on contracts.
