Job summary

Rent Pro Equipment is seeking a Rental Account Manager to drive rental revenue growth through territory management, jobsite penetration, and customer acquisition.

You will build strong customer relationships, expand market share, and collaborate with the branch team to deliver safe, reliable service while meeting revenue targets.

This full-time role requires proven outside sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in equipment rental or related services.
• Ability to prospect and close new accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new accounts within the assigned territory.
• Expand relationships with existing customers to increase rental opportunities.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits and prescheduled office visits.
• Present rental, trucking, and equipment solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline visibility.
