Advanced Technology Services (ATS) seeks a seasoned reliability specialist to guide maintenance improvements across multiple facilities. You will lead root cause analyses, analyze failure data, and develop proactive strategies to boost equipment uptime and reduce costs.

Strong communication and mentoring skills are essential for cross-site collaboration. Required are extensive experience in reliability tools, Six Sigma or Lean, and hands-on knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of reliability experience across 2+ manufacturing sites.
• Ability to perform full array of reliability tool sets.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical or mechanical components and design.
• Ability to conduct FMEA, cause/effect diagrams, RCA, life-cycle costing, and risk analysis.
• Research and apply new equipment technology/trends.
• Robust problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent spoken and written communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Mentor and coach teams in reliability best practices.
• Identify top issues causing lost production and preventable maintenance spend.
• Communicate findings with leadership and justify improvements.
• Lead root cause analyses and document corrective actions.
• Support equipment improvement projects and reliability initiatives.
• Collaborate with maintenance to prioritize assets and actions.
