Job summary

Advanced Technology Services is seeking a seasoned Reliability Engineer to drive reliability-centered maintenance across multiple manufacturing sites. You will analyze equipment performance, lead root cause analyses, and mentor maintenance teams to implement proactive strategies that improve uptime and reduce costs.

The role requires extensive hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems, data trend analysis, and a broad set of reliability tools.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of reliability experience across 2 or more manufacturing sites.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical or mechanical components, tools, and designs.
• Experience with data trend analysis, vibration analysis, motor current analysis, oil analysis, lubrication and hydraulic testing, laser alignment, nondestructive testing, infrared thermography, ultrasound technology, acoustic reliability technology, Weibull analysis, and Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Mentors, coaches, and provides reliability best practices for applications in customer facilities by customer personnel.
• Identifies top potential issues leading to lost production and preventable maintenance spending; communicates findings with leadership.
• Provides training and coaching in Root Cause and Reliability Analysis and takes ownership for ongoing corrective action tracking and follow-up.
