Job summary

Advanced Technology Services seeks an experienced Reliability Engineer to improve equipment uptime across multiple manufacturing sites. You will analyze failure data, perform RCFA, and communicate findings to leadership while guiding reliability improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

The role demands strong technical knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems, experience with maintenance software, and a collaborative approach to driving proactive maintenance in a factory setting.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of reliability experience across 2 or more manufacturing sites.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical or mechanical components, tools, and designs.
• Ability to complete FMEA, cause/effect diagrams, RCFA, life-cycle costing, and risk analysis.
• Proficiency with computers and maintenance software, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify top potential issues leading to lost production and preventable maintenance spending.
• Communicate findings with leadership and provide root cause analyses.
• Provide solutions to root cause deficiencies and demonstrate economic benefits of corrections.
• Lead reliability improvement projects and mentor others in RCA practices.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to prioritize assets and actions based on risk and cost.
