Advanced Technology Services is seeking a seasoned Reliability Engineer to advance maintenance strategies across multiple plants. You will analyze equipment performance, guide RCA and root cause projects, and mentor teams in reliability best practices to reduce downtime and costs.

The role focuses on applying predictive and preventive maintenance, Weibull and Six Sigma approaches, and collaboration with operations to improve uptime and safety in manufacturing environments.

Formación

• Eight+ years of reliability experience across 2+ manufacturing sites.
• Ability to perform a full array of reliability tool sets.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical or mechanical components and designs.
• Experience with FMEA, cause/effect diagrams, RCA, LCC, and risk analysis.
• Ability to research/apply new equipment technology and trends.
• Robust mathematical/analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with maintenance software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written/spoken communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships and lead when needed.
• Experience with data trend analysis and multiple reliability techniques.
• Knowledge of cGMP, NETA, EPA, OSHA regulations; Green Belt is a plus.
