Job summary

This role focuses on leading site safety programs, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the Operating System is embedded. It also covers cost control, performance metrics, and staff development to deliver reliable maintenance

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 3+ years in related field.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications and CMMS.
• Foundational business acumen (contracts, customer business, billing, financials).
• Planner/scheduler experience ideal.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of team priorities to support ATS culture.
• Measure maintenance KPIs and perform root cause analysis.
• Escalate priorities and maintain customer relationships.
• Review work orders and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Mentor and develop employees through coaching and feedback.
