Qualifications

• Minimum five years of reliability experience.
• Ability to perform FMEA, cause-and-effect diagrams, root cause failure analysis, life-cycle costing, and risk analysis.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical or mechanical components, tools, and designs.
• Proficient in data trend analysis and vibration analysis.
• Excellent verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of cGMP, NETA, EPA, OSHA regulations.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Identify top issues causing lost production and preventable maintenance spend.
• Communicate findings with leadership and drive corrective actions.
• Lead root cause analyses and track implementation of fixes.
• Develop reliability improvement projects and equipment performance plans.
• Provide training on Root Cause Analysis and ATS reliability practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ATS policies.
