Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to lead maintenance optimization across multiple manufacturing sites. You will analyze equipment performance, perform root cause analysis, and drive reliability improvements using Six Sigma and Weibull techniques, while mentoring operations teams.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of reliability experience, strong technical knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems, and hands-on experience with predictive and

Competenze

• Eight or more years of reliability experience across 2+ manufacturing sites.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical or mechanical components and designs.
• Ability to perform FMEA, cause-and-effect diagrams, RCFA, life-cycle costing and risk analysis.
• Experience with data trend analysis, vibration, oil analysis and related reliability techniques.
• Knowledge of cGMP, NETA, EPA, OSHA regulations; Green Belt certification preferred.

• Lead reliability improvement projects across multiple sites.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
