The Senior Reliability Engineer role focuses on applying RCA and reliability tools to reduce downtime, improve throughput, and communicate ROI for equipment upgrades, while mentoring teams in WEM, vibration analysis, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (ABET accredited) or equivalent experience in heavy industrial maintenance, reliability, or operations.
• Minimum of five years of reliability experience.
• Experience with RCA, RC M & FMEA, and predictive technology.

• Promotes and adheres to ATS safety culture and policies.
• Identifies opportunities for capital expenditures for equipment replacement with ROI communication.
• Collaborates with maintenance teams to apply predictive, preventative, and precision maintenance strategies.
• Performs RCA, FMEA, and reliability data analysis to drive improvements.
• Leads cross-functional teams to align ATS/customer KPIs and sustain reliability gains.
