Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is seeking a senior Reliability professional to lead maintenance reliability programs and coach cross-functional teams in Houston. The role emphasizes RCA, RCM, FMEA, and predictive technologies to maximize equipment uptime and ROI.

You will drive reliability-centered maintenance, mentor peers, and align ATS and customer KPIs while promoting a strong safety culture in a heavy industry setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ABET-accredited engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of seven years of reliability experience.
• Demonstrates ability to perform full array of reliability tool sets.
• Lead/Coaching experience with RCA.
• Lead/Coaching experience with RCM & FMEA.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and adheres to the ATS safety culture.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and ATS policies and procedures.
• Partners with internal/external customer for engineered solutions to improve reliability and throughput.
• Identifying opportunities for Capital Expenditures for equipment replacement (develop and communicate ROI).
• Champions operating systems, critical elements, and best practices to enable a precision reliability culture.
• Knowledgeable application of common precision tools and practices.
• Fully understands and facilitates reliability centered maintenance and deliverables (ESMP).
• Actively collaborates with maintenance team on predictive, preventative, and precision maintenance strategies and technologies.
• Exceptional understanding and implementation of failure mode & effects analysis (FMEA).
• Subject Matter Expert for Work Execution Management (WEM) with capability to train and mentor on gaps identified through reliability strategy sessions.
• Performs, trains, and coaches ATS Root Cause, Bad Actor, and Fault Tree Analysis.
• Collaborates with leadership on alignment of ATS/Customer KPIs.
