Job summary

Pfizer North America seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to serve as a subject matter expert on reimbursement and coverage, enabling patient access to Pfizer products across assigned regions. You will educate HCPs, navigate payer policies, and collaborate with HUB and access programs to resolve coverage questions.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills and travel up to 50% for live customer interactions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience in sales and/or coding and reimbursement.
• Strong understanding of Specialty Drug Reimbursement, Government Payment Systems, Provider/Carrier Networks, Co-Pay Assistance Programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct office calls with HCPs and staff to enable patient access to Pfizer products.
• Provide in-person and virtual education on payer landscape, coverage, and formulary changes.
• Distribute Pfizer RC-approved materials on coverage and reimbursement matters.
• Coordinate with Pfizer patient access and support programs to understand payer requirements.
• Adhere to Pfizer's case notes system and compliance guidelines.
