McKesson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to lead reimbursement education and support for physician offices across designated territories. You will deliver on-site and remote trainings, guide benefit investigations, authorizations, and claims support, and coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams to optimize patient access.

A strong background in Medicare/Commercial insurance is required. This remote role covers a broad US territory with ~20% travel.

Formación

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years healthcare reimbursement experience

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site and on-demand education for office staff on reimbursement challenges and available support services.
• Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, Medicare and Commercial coverage, and patient communication streams.
• Perform case management support with billing/claims updates and related activities; collaborate with case managers.
• Set up appointments and outbound calls to offices; coordinate with physicians and manufacturer representatives.
• Monitor program performance and report trends and client satisfaction.
