Qualifikationen

• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of healthcare reimbursement experience.
• Medicare and commercial insurance knowledge required.

Aufgaben

• Provide on-site and on-demand education for reimbursement challenges and services.
• Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, and Medicare/Commercial coverage.
• Reimbursement support on case management, billing, coding updates, and claims assistance.
• Set up appointments and outbound calls to targeted offices; travel as needed.
• Monitor program performance via FRM CRM dashboard and quarterly reporting.
• Research and compile provider/manufacturer data for reimbursement database.
