McKesson is seeking a Manager, Field Reimbursement Services to lead a nationwide team of field-based reimbursement managers and manage day-to-day operations of a field reimbursement program for a pharmaceutical client. You will hire, coach, evaluate, and culture-build the team while engaging specialty physician offices and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include staffing, profitability, SOP design, process implementation, and SLA compliance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of reimbursement experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of field-based reimbursement specialists across an assigned territory; manage administrative, training and performance duties.
• Coordinate with client and home office teams; establish weekly meetings and regular teleconferences to ensure alignment and two-way communication.
• Drive field operations efficiencies and implement innovative improvements; execute projects assigned by leadership.
• Ensure adherence to all SLA commitments and privacy/compliance obligations; monitor performance in reporting systems.
• Collaborate with Client Services and other stakeholders to meet client expectations and provide proactive consultative services on process improvements.
• Support development opportunities for FRM team and provide ongoing training aligned with payer education and internal courses.
