Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support reimbursement and patient services across a defined territory. You will manage education, BI investigations, prior authorizations, and appeals, building relationships with physician offices and manufacturer reps.

Travel up to 80% is required; you will work independently in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with hub support services to meet client expectations. Medicare and commercial coverage knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of healthcare related reimbursement experience.
• Experience with Medicare and commercial insurance coverage.
• Proven presentation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site/remote education on reimbursement challenges and support services.
• Educate on benefit investigation, prior authorization, and coverage options.
• Assist with case management, billing updates, and claims submissions; coordinate with case manager.
• Schedule and conduct outbound calls to target offices; track activities in CRM.
• Monitor territory performance and report trends and client feedback.
• Research provider information and build provider profiles in FRM CRM.
