Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Manager, Field Reimbursement Services to lead a nationwide team of field-based reimbursement specialists and drive day-to-day operations for a client-supported program.

You will hire, coach, and evaluate staff, oversee training, and ensure adherence to SLA commitments while collaborating across Client Services, Information Systems, and Quality Assurance to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Travel for in-person training is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field reimbursement teams and healthcare programs.
• Ability to manage remote teams and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a national team of field-based reimbursement specialists and drive day-to-day operations for a client-supported program.
• Oversee administrative duties, training, and performance management for the team.
• Establish and run regular 1:1s, team meetings, and QA audits; monitor progress and development.
• Ensure SLA and privacy/compliance obligations are met; track performance in FRM SFDC and client dashboards.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Information Systems, and Quality Assurance to align on strategy, reporting, and process improvements.
• Identify revenue generation and cost-saving opportunities and participate in quarterly business reviews.
