Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support, sales reps, and key account managers.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams.
• Address access barriers using data and account management skills.
• Maintain knowledge of payer policies and market dynamics.
• Build relationships with customers and manage territory logistics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Science, and PECS departments.
