Job summary

You will collaborate with sales and key account managers to optimize patient access and adherence across a multi-state region.

Travel up to 75% is expected as you support payer policies, manage territory accounts, and ensure compliant access to Janssen therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, public administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in account management or reimbursement.
• Proven ability to navigate payer policies, coding, and appeals processes.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers and payers on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support and account managers to act as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Lead compliant access discussions and address access barriers with data-driven insights.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers in assigned accounts and manage territory logistics.
