Valeris, a leading life sciences commercialization partner in the United States, seeks a Director, Field Reimbursement to build and lead high-performing field teams across pharmaceutical programs. You will guide provider education, patient access support, and payer engagement while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

This role requires deep reimbursement expertise, strategic thinking, and strong executive communication.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent FRM leadership experience.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical reimbursement, patient access, market access, or specialty pharmacy experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience leading field-based teams.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and payer processes.
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical manufacturer programs.
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
• Strong presentation and executive communication abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic business recommendations.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting platforms.
• Travel approximately 50-75%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Field Reimbursement Managers across programs.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure program success and KPI achievement.
• Drive process improvements and maintain SLA adherence.
• Provide reimbursement and market access leadership across therapy areas.
• Support launches, strategy, and forecasting with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Compliance, Training, and Analytics.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvements.
