Job summary

AstraZeneca seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager (Rare Neurology, Hematology, & Nephrology) to navigate payer policies and improve patient access in a field-based role. You will be the local reimbursement expert, educating HCP offices, billing staff, and coordinators while aligning with company policies and regional strategies.

Responsibilities include developing territory plans, working with cross-functional teams, and maintaining thorough documentation in CRM systems to support timely access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years in healthcare/pharmaceutical/biotech.
• 3+ years with buy-and-bill and/or specialty pharmacy networks.
• 3+ years of field reimbursement experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the local reimbursement expert for the assigned indications and therapies.
• Educate HCP offices, billing staff, and financial coordinators on payer policies and processes.
• Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to improve access and reduce denials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to share insights and coordinate activities.
