Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years experience in healthcare/pharma reimbursement.
• 3+ years of field reimbursement experience.
• Understanding of prior authorization, billing, and payer policies.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCP offices on reimbursement, billing, and patient access.
• Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, medical, patient services, legal) to align on payer strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and reporting; travel as required.
