Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7 years in healthcare/pharma/biotech field.
• 3+ years with buy-and-bill or specialty pharmacy networks.
• 3+ years field reimbursement experience.
• Understanding of access processes (medical and pharmacy benefit).
• Experience with prior authorization and related billing/coding.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCP offices, billing staff, and coordinators on payer policies and coverage criteria.
• Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to improve payer knowledge and access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on payer policy shifts and access strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation of interactions, plans, and case-related activity.
