Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for Phoenix, AZ, to manage defined accounts and execute territory strategies within Patient Access and Reimbursement. The FRM will ensure understanding of reimbursement processes, patient support programs, and PHI-related issues, serving as a payer expert for the geographic region.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration across departments, and the ability to educate providers on coverage options.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, or Master’s with 3+ years in customer service/leadership
• Bachelor’s with 5+ years in customer service/leadership
• Associate’s with 10+ years in customer service/leadership

Responsibilities

• Act as an extension of the HUB, providing live coverage support
• Assist from physician order to reimbursement across the reimbursement journey
• Educate healthcare providers on payer coverage and changes
• Coordinate access/reimbursement issues with HUB and partners
• Review patient insurance benefits and alternate funding options
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve reimbursement issues
