• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of reimburs

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary reimbursement and patient access resource for healthcare providers and staff within the assigned territory.
• Educate customers on patient access, reimbursement policies, prior authorizations, claims, billing and coding considerations, and available patient support resources.
• Develop account-specific access strategies, provide guidance on reimbursement challenges, and help providers navigate access barriers in accordance with company policy.
• Manage complex reimbursement issues and escalations with urgency and professionalism while sharing customer insights and payer trends to inform business strategy and improve the provider and patient experience.
• Partner with Patient Services, Case Management, Market Head, Business Leader, Market Access, and other stakeholders to address access barriers, coordinate account strategies, and deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Develop and execute territory plans aligned with customer needs, business priorities, and access objectives.
• Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to addressing patient access challenges and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.
