• B.S. or B.A. degree is required.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment with strict compliance.
• Valid US driver's license and driving record in line with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct office calls with HCPs and staff to enable patient access and resolve reimbursement questions.
• Provide in-person and virtual education on payer landscape, coverage and formulary changes.
• Distribute Pfizer materials related to coverage and patient assistance.
• Educate on Hub financial assistance offerings and enrollment processes.
• Coordinate with Pfizer patient access programs (HUB) to understand payer requirements.
• Maintain compliant use of the designated case notes system.
