Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to remove barriers to patient access by educating providers on billing, coding, and reimbursement for client therapies. You will collaborate with sales, payer teams, and office staff to optimize access and navigate Prior Authorizations and appeals.

The role involves field and onsite education across multiple sites, travel up to 10%, and alignment with HIPAA and SOPs. A related degree and pharma experience are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent market experience.
• 3+ years in Pharma/Healthcare industry with specialty products, hubs, payers, or related area.
• Experience with Prior Authorizations, reimbursement billing, coding, and appeals.
• Knowledge of commercial payer, Medicare and Medicaid structures.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex patient access issues by coordinating with Hub, provider offices and client field team.
• Educate HCPs and office staff on Patient Support Programs and payer requirements.
• Lead onsite and virtual education on program rules and payer coverage.
• Guide providers through prior authorization and appeals processes with required documentation.
