Valeris seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to resolve patient access barriers and educate provider offices on billing, coding, and reimbursement processes. You will collaborate with sales, payer teams, and network partners to expand access to therapies across regional sites of care.

You will lead onsite education on program rules, review J-codes, and support HUB-based services while coordinating with PAP and other patient-support resources.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent market experience.
• working with specialty products, Hubs, Payers, HCP or related area
• Must have specific practice management, billing and/or coding experience for drugs, biologicals, or devices.
• Must have general payer policy knowledge including public and private payers, foundational knowledge of medical benefit verifications and prior authorization/pre‑determination requirements and knowledge of reimbursement processes within various sites of care.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct virtual and field‑based reimbursement support and education
• Experience with Prior Authorizations, reimbursement billing, coding, and appeals process.
• Knowledge of commercial payer, Medicare and Medicaid structure, systems, and reimbursement process.

Responsabilidades

• Solve complex patient access issues with Hub, provider offices and client team communications.
• Partner with Sales Team, Payer Teams, Marketing, HCPs, and their Specialty Pharmacies to drive strategic reimbursement support and increase patient access.
• Educate HCP and Office Staff on Patient Support Programs and program policies.
• Onsite education of program business rules, payer coverage and J-code reviews as needed.
• Oversee daily activities supporting patient access across relevant sites of care as an extension of HUB services.
• Review billing and coding for products; help resolve reimbursement issues and educate to avoid hurdles.
• Coordinate with PAP representatives on patient cases and claim issues.
• Educate office staff on client patient assistance and reimbursement tools and provide topic guidance.
• Conduct policy surveillance across regional payers to ensure proper coding, coverage, and payment.
