Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the North America region to drive access and reimbursement for Pfizer products. You will educate HCPs and staff on payer policies, resolve coverage questions, and coordinate with HUB programs to optimize patient access.

You will lead efforts with internal stakeholders, ensure compliant communications, and travel up to 50% to engage live with customers across assigned territories.

Qualifications

• 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience in sales and/or coding and reimbursement.
• Reimbursement and Access experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Specialty Drug Reimbursement and policy dynamics across Pfizer units.
• Leadership and collaboration across internal boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct office calls with HCPs and staff to enable patient access to Pfizer products.
• Provide in-person and virtual education for HCPs on payer landscape and coverage changes.
• Distribute Pfizer materials related to coverage and reimbursement.
• Coordinate with HUB programs to understand payer requirements for patients.
• Address questions about prescription status for patients in Pfizer programs.
• Use Pfizer's case notes system compliantly.
